* Rental fees do not include building expenses for events. Staffing needs and equipment rentals can be accommodated through one of our Event Coordinators. Depending on event configuration, additional set-up fees may be assessed.


Booking Policy:
Toyota Center will book no more than one year in advance for arena floor events. Dates are confirmed 60 days from the scheduled date of the event in all other event spaces. Bookings are subject to availability. A nonrefundable deposit of 50%, a signed contract, and certificate of insurance is required to confirm an event. Final payment is due 15 days prior to the event date.

Food and Beverage: 
Toyota Center is proud to partner with Levy Restaurants who brings restaurant-quality dining from its base of award-winning restaurants. Clients will work directly with Levy to custom create menus, or choose one of their innovative “Chef’s tables” concepts to create a unique dining experience. Levy Restaurants is the official food and beverage provider for Toyota Center. All arrangements for serving food and beverage must be made through Levy Restaurants. Full payment is required 72 hours prior to the event.
