REPORTS TO: Director of Corporate Services
COMPENSATION: Course credit only

The focus of this position will be on designing and producing work for various print, web, email and presentation projects. The Desktop Publishing Intern will also participate in other day-to-day activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
• Design and produce PowerPoint presentations, flyers, signage, ads and emails for the Corporate Sponsorship department
• Organize the “I” Drive
• Pre-Sale Offers to Third Parties
• Fed Ex/Mailing Responsibilities
• Printing and Binding proposals
• Managing storage space
• Research and prospect assistance
• Overall organizational assistance
• Assistance with proposal development
• Capturing photos – signage, events, promotions, etc.
• Prepare Gift Bags
• Corporate Partner “On Site” Management (ie Trinity Plantation)
• Third Party show list management
QUALIFICATIONS:
• College student, junior or senior with a business, communications, advertising or marketing major
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software and design applications including PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook and Word
• Creative and visual
• Detail-oriented, able to place graphics in a document, and format text according to established style guides
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
• Open to receiving college credit for internship
• Have a passion to work in the sports industry
