MAIN EVENT 
All-Star Entertainment in the Downtown Entertainment District
Houston hosts the NBA All-Star Game and activities Feb. 16-20, 2006. The main entertainment stage will be set up in Market Square Park, featuring music from local and regional DJs. On Preston Street, adjacent Market Square Park, radio broadcast booths will be installed for live shows Friday through Sunday. Additionally an interview stage will be constructed. Food, beverages and official NBA merchandise will be sold by street vendors.

WHAT IS JAM SESSION?
2006 NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by Nokia brings the sights, sounds and action of NBA All-Star 2006 to fans of all ages with more than 350,000 square feet of interactive basketball activities! Fans have the chance to meet 
NBA and WNBA All-Star players and legends and collect their autographs. All participants can shoot 3-pointers, slam dunk, drive to the basket and score on 10 different basketball courts. Parents can watch their kids slam dunk at the Kids Zone and “Measure Up” their hand and shoe sizes to their favorite NBA and WNBA players and much, much more.
At Jam Session, check out Center Court and experience NBA entertainment at its best. Center Court is home to the NBA All-Star Practice, NBA Rookie and Sophomore Practices, and NBA All-Star Celebrity Game– it’s the place where fans can get up close & personal and gain access to the NBA like never before. Jam Session also offers an extensive trading card and collectibles area and a huge NBA Store where fans can purchase NBA and WNBA All-Star merchandise.
